My Outlook/Hotmail account receives all normal emails, but emails from French government domains (ameli.fr and impots.gouv.fr) never arrive. Can you check if these senders are being blocked or rejected?

    Hi,

I’m Dyari. Thanks for reaching out.

I cannot directly check Microsoft’s server logs to confirm whether these messages were rejected. Please sign in to Outlook.com in a browser https://outlook.live.com/mail/ and search all folders, including Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Archive.

Then, go to Settings > Mail > Junk email. Remove ameli.fr and impots.gouv.fr from Blocked senders and domains, if listed.

Add the exact sender addresses, or those domains, to Safe senders and domains. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/mail/block-or-unblock-senders-in-outlook

Check Settings > Mail > Rules for any rule that may delete or move these messages.

Then request another email from Ameli or Impôts. If it still does not arrive, ask them whether they received a delivery-failure message. The exact error code would show whether Outlook rejected the message.
