My windows 11 keeps flickering and I cannot use it for more than half an hour.

My Windows 11 started flickering about 6 months ago and has got worse I can hardly use or fix my computer or stay on any website for long before this problem repeats over and over again.

    Sorry you're experiencing this issue. To help determine whether the problem is caused by the display hardware, graphics driver, or Windows itself, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Is this a desktop PC or laptop? What is its model?
    2. Does the flickering occur:
      • Immediately after startup, or only after the PC has been running for a while?
      • On the BIOS or Windows sign-in screen as well?
    3. If you have a PC, does the issue occur on another monitor?
    4. If you have a laptop, does the issue occur on an external monitor or TV connected via HDMI?
    5. Have you recently updated:
      • Windows?
      • Graphics drivers?
      • BIOS/Firmware?
    6. Can you boot into Safe Mode and check whether the flickering still occurs there?
