Formerly known as Azure AI Services or Azure Cognitive Services is a unified collection of prebuilt AI capabilities within the Microsoft Foundry platform
Hello @Adeola Abdulramon
To apply for Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, follow these steps:
- Go to the official Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub website: https://startups.microsoft.com/
- Click Get Started.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account:
- You can use either a personal Microsoft account (MSA) or a Microsoft Entra ID (work/school account).
- If you don't have one, you'll be prompted to create an account.
- Complete your Founders Hub profile, including information such as:
- Startup name
- Company website (if available)
- Country/region
- Founder information
- Company stage (Idea, Pre-seed, Seed, Series A, etc.)
- Industry and product description
- Submit your application.
- Microsoft reviews the information and determines eligibility for Founders Hub benefits.
- Once approved, you'll gain access to benefits that may include:
- Azure credits (amount depends on your startup stage)
- GitHub Enterprise
- OpenAI and Azure AI benefits
- Microsoft 365, Visual Studio, LinkedIn, and partner offers
- Technical guidance and startup resources
If the "Get Started" button redirects to the Azure portal
This isn't the expected behavior. Try the following:
- Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts and sign in again.
- Navigate directly to https://startups.microsoft.com/home after signing in.
- Try a different browser.
If you still end up at the Azure portal instead of the Founders Hub onboarding page, it may indicate an issue with your account's onboarding flow. In that case, I'd recommend posting on Microsoft Q&A or contacting the Microsoft for Startups support team so they can review your account.
