Speaker audio issues

My Bluetooth speaker is connected to my PC, and the PC does recognize it. I have the speaker as the default audio device, and the speaker's audio works fine when connected to other devices I tested, like my phone, but when it's connected to my PC via Bluetooth, it doesn't play any audio, although the settings say it is.

I am sorry that the steps did not resolve the issue.

Have you tried updating the Bluetooth driver?

If not, please visit the support website for your PC, download and install the latest Bluetooth driver, restart the machine, and try to re-pair.

    Hi! Let me help you.

Were you able to connect to your Bluetooth speakers before on your PC?
Disconnect the Bluetooth speakers from other devices they had previously connected to, restart both the PC and the Bluetooth speakers, and re-pair after reboot.
