Notification Settings Shows Mobile App No Longer on My Phone

On my computer, the list of apps in Notification settings shows several mobile apps that can send notifications via Phone Link, but one of the apps listed is no longer on my phone. Do I need to reconnect Phone Link?

    You do not need to reconnect Phone Link if your phone is connected and current notifications are syncing. The removed app is most likely a stale notification entry; it cannot send new notifications after being uninstalled.

    To refresh the list:

    1. Close and reopen Phone Link on the PC.
    2. On the phone, search Settings for Notification access.
    3. Turn Link to Windows off and back on, then select Allow.
    4. Open Phone Link > Notifications and wait for it to refresh.
