Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi Kristin Uv
I found a similar discussion where other Microsoft 365 Copilot users experienced content inside blocks appearing as gray placeholders instead of displaying normally. In that discussion, several users stated that changing the language setting to English resolved the issue.
You may want to review and try the suggestions shared here: Problem with codeblocks not rendering in Microsoft 365 Copilot - Microsoft Q&A
If changing the language does not resolve the issue, or if that workaround is not suitable for your environment, I recommend opening a support ticket with Microsoft Support for further investigation.
You can create a support request by following these steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your Microsoft 365 Business administrator account.
- Select the Help & support (headset) icon.
- If Support Assistant is enabled, turn it off.
- Type contact support in the search box.
- Select Contact support, then choose Phone or Email to submit your request.
For further instructions, you can follow this guide: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
Please note that we are not Microsoft Support. This is a user-to-user community forum, and moderators here do not have access to your environment or Microsoft's backend systems. We can only provide guidance based on publicly available information and community experience.
I appreciate your understanding, and I hope your issue will be resolved soon.
