Hi Samantha,

If you want a telephone dial-in number to appear in Microsoft Teams meeting invitations, Audio Conferencing must be enabled for the meeting organizer by your organization admin. Once enabled, Teams automatically adds the dial-in number and conference ID to meeting invites.

If a dial-in number is not available for a meeting, the feature may not have been configured by your IT admin, or the correct licenses may not have been purchased or applied.

Your IT admin can configure your organization's conferencing bridge and dial-in numbers in: Teams admin center > Meetings > Conference bridges. They can manage the numbers shown in invitations from the Microsoft Teams admin center under Users > Manage users > Audio Conferencing. Changes to Audio Conferencing numbers can take up to 24 hours to appear in meeting invitations
