Hello Haseeb Asif,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
I understand that your Azure Databricks Premium account not eligible for Custom URL.
If the correct account admin is using a valid organizational email domain and the account is genuinely paid and verified, but the account console still shows“Your account is not eligible for a custom URL”, this becomes a backend eligibility/entitlement issue. Open an Azure support request against the affected Azure Databricks subscription/resource via your portal and ask Microsoft/Databricks to validate the account’s custom URL eligibility flag, paid/verified status, admin email-domain classification, and account/tenant mapping. - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/admin/account-settings/custom-url, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/resources/, and https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request
