    Hello Julie,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

Based on the notification you received, your Microsoft Merchant Center catalog is showing as expiring, and you also mentioned that the Shopify-imported feed has not automatically synced since July 4, 2026. In Microsoft Merchant Center, a feed file contains your product data and must be updated by submitting an updated feed file whenever product information needs to be refreshed.

Since this feed was created through the Shopify Microsoft Channel, and the Source URL, username, and password fields are empty when you open Update feed, I recommend not saving the feed with empty source details, as this may not be the correct way to refresh a Shopify-imported feed.

You may try the following checks first:

    1. Review the Shopify Microsoft Channel connection

Please check whether the Microsoft sales channel or Microsoft Advertising connection inside Shopify is still active and properly connected to the correct Microsoft Merchant Center store.

    1. Confirm the catalog/feed status in Microsoft Merchant Center In Microsoft Advertising, go to Tools > Merchant Center >Feeds and review the affected feed status. The Microsoft Advertising feed article explains that feeds can be created and submitted through methods such as manual upload, FTP/SFTP, automatically downloading from a URL, or import.
    2. Avoid manually changing the feed source if it was created by Shopify If the feed was originally created by the Shopify Microsoft Channel, it is best to refresh or reconnect it from the Shopify side instead of manually saving blank Source URL fields in Microsoft Merchant Center.

For reference, you may also review this Microsoft Advertising help article: Creating and organizing Microsoft Shopping campaigns feed files. This article explains how Microsoft Shopping campaign feed files are created, submitted, updated, and managed.

Our support teams are pleased to engage in more in-depth discussions about your account through phone, chat, or email to offer review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

I trust that the details shared here will partially address your inquiry. Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support. tried to follow the Update feed instructions, but the feed was created by the Shopify Microsoft Channel. When I open Update feed in Microsoft Merchant Center, the Source URL, username and password fields are empty.

I do not know the Shopify feed URL and I do not want to save an empty feed or break the Shopify connection.

Please can you confirm the correct way to refresh a Shopify-imported feed, or escalate this because the Shopify feed has not automatically updated since July 4, 2026?
