Hello, I'm having issues with my camera. a technician was helping me a few days ago and we updated the systems and it's still not working. I would appreciate a detailed instruction points on what to do to fix the issue. I try to open the camera app and this is what it says and i try to add it and it doesn't show that this laptop has a camera which is very weird
