The Print Preview in Edge is showing a big white box

I'm using Windows 11 and I am completely updated. I use HP Officejet Pro 9025e and this is also updated. The Print Preview in Edge is showing a big white box and the page I want to print isn't aligned properly. This makes it impossible to be able to print a document, nor select a range of pages. My locally generated documents do not have a problem. It's only when I need to print something in Edge, as with a cooking recipe. How do I get rid of this big white box?

I have tried printing to another printer, including pdf and it does not fix the problem. I got disconnected from Chat with Microsoft Tech and I'm unable to reconnect. They apparently are having an issue.

Not sure what to do. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Thanks!

Disabling the extensions didn't help, right? Only the guest profile worked?

There is no way to repair the profile itself. The solution is to migrate to a new profile.

  • If you don't want to lose your favorites or passwords, link an account to Edge.
  1. Click the Profile icon > Sign in to sync > Enter your email account credentials.
  2. When syncing your profile, click Set up a new profile > Personal.
  3. Click the Profile icon > Profile Settings > Under "More profiles," click the trash can icon next to your old profile. enter image description here
  4. After deleting the old profile, restart the computer > Open Edge again and link your account to restore the data > Test it.

You mentioned "on both computers." Is the printer connected to more than one computer? Is it connected via USB cable or Wi-Fi?

Can you print an image normally from Windows (not from the browser)? For example, open an image in Windows and try printing it.

Based on the scenario, I believe it might be a driver issue.

It's happening in all browsers and on both PCs. Microsoft Tech seems to be clueless, and I kept getting disconnected from Chat yesterday. Hope you can help. The issue is consistent regardless of the file type. Fox example: If the file I need to print from the web is a pdf., or a bank statement, financial statement, recipe, etc. the misalignment is constant.

    Hi!

Please take a screenshot of that white box so I can better understand what is happening.

However, if it only happens in Edge, then it is a browser issue. You can download and install it to repair the browser.
