    Hi @Sudhir Nagpal,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble activating Microsoft 365. To make sure I fully understand the issue and provide the most appropriate troubleshooting steps, could you please help clarify a few details?

    • I noticed your question is tagged under the Business category. Could you please confirm whether you're using: a Microsoft 365 Business account provided by your organization or school, or a personal Microsoft account?
    • Which device is experiencing the issue (Windows PC, Mac, or another device)?
    • Which Microsoft 365 subscription or license are you using?
    • Could you please check whether you're able to sign in to your Microsoft 365 account via Office on the web (https://www.office.com) and access the apps successfully?
    • Could you please share a screenshot of the activation error message? This will help me get a clearer understanding of the issue and assist you more effectively.

The additional information above will help us narrow down whether this is related to licensing, account authentication, device configuration, or a service-side issue.

If you have any updates, please leave a comment under this post. This is the best way for me to receive notifications and follow up with you promptly.

I look forward to your update and will be happy to assist further and thank you for taking time.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
