I cannot signin into Microsoft Apps, I sure about my account is good because I can signin online smoothly.

When I want to signin in Microsoft Apps (like Microsoft Store), it will appear this window:User's image

After selecting account, another window appeared:User's image

after this window shown, this window disappear and I can't signin.

I would be extremely grateful for any help!

    Hello,

Since the account works in a browser but the sign-in window closes in Microsoft Store, Minecraft Launcher and other apps, the Windows account picker/Web Account Manager is likely damaged—not your Microsoft account. Microsoft specifically recommends re-registering these components when the account picker crashes.

Close all Microsoft apps. Right-click Start, open Terminal (Admin), then run these commands separately:

    Add-AppxPackage -Register "$env:windir\SystemApps\Microsoft.AccountsControl_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -ForceApplicationShutdown

    Add-AppxPackage -Register "$env:windir\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.CloudExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode -ForceApplicationShutdown

Restart the computer. Then press Win+R, enter wsreset.exe, and wait for Microsoft Store to reopen before trying again. Microsoft’s instructions are here:

If it still closes, go to Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts, remove this address from “Accounts used by other apps,” restart Windows, and add it again. This removes only the saved sign-in information from the PC, not the online account.
