Got email Azure service credit is ready to use, but when Activate It says I'm not eligible

screenshots show two different eligibility checks. The email confirms that the nonprofit organization was approved for the $2,000 Azure grant, but the activation link is redirecting to offer MS-AZR-0036P, which is the regular Azure free-account signup. The “not eligible” message is therefore about the free trial, not necessarily the nonprofit grant.

Sign in to the Microsoft Nonprofit Hub with the exact organizational account that received the approval email, open the Offers section, find the Azure $2,000 Sponsorship offer, and activate it from there. Microsoft’s documented activation flow starts from the Nonprofit Hub rather than the normal Azure free-account page. the account shown in the top-right corner is the approved nonprofit primary contact and that no personal Microsoft account or another tenant is active in the browser. Using an InPrivate window can help avoid account switching.

If the Nonprofit Hub itself still redirects to the free-account offer, contact Microsoft Nonprofit Support and include the organization name, approved account, email screenshot, session ID and timestamp shown on the error page. This is likely an incorrect offer association or activation-link issue that only the nonprofit program team can fix.
