• Are you able to sign in to the account successfully, or does the sign-in process fail?
• Is this issue affecting only this mailbox, or are other mailboxes experiencing the same problem?
• Is this an end-user account or an administrator account within your organization?
• Do you have access to a Microsoft 365 administrator or IT administrator who can assist with checking the account?
• Does the issue occur only when accessing Outlook, or are other Microsoft services such as Teams, Word, Excel, or other Microsoft 365 apps affected as well?
