    Hello @Kevin Horton

First, I would like to clarify that this is a user-to-user support forum. We are not Microsoft Support and do not have access to your work account, your organization's tenant, or Microsoft's backend systems. We can only provide guidance based on the information you share.

To better understand what is happening, could you please upload a screenshot of the error message (making sure to redact any personal information such as your email address, phone number, or tenant details)?

In particular, please let me know:

    • Could you please provide the exact error code shown on the sign-in page? If possible, a screenshot of the error message would also be very helpful.
    • Whether you can sign in to other Microsoft services (such as Teams, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 home page).

Without the actual error code, it is difficult to determine the root cause because Microsoft 365 sign-in failures can be caused by many different factors, including password issues, MFA/Authenticator problems, Conditional Access policies, account lockouts, or tenant configuration issues. Microsoft's sign-in troubleshooting guidance specifically relies on the reported error code to identify the cause.

If this is a company-managed Microsoft 365 account, you may also need to contact your organization's IT administrator, as some sign-in issues can only be investigated from the Microsoft Entra / Microsoft 365 admin side.

In the meantime, here are a few basic troubleshooting steps you may want to try:

    • Confirm that you're entering the correct email address and password.
    • Try signing in using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
    • Test with a different browser or device.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • If MFA (Authenticator) is enabled, ensure your Authenticator app is working correctly and that the device time is synchronized.

Please share the screenshot and error code, and I'll do my best to help. Thank you for your understanding.
