Need help finding numeric-only ID for my Microsoft certification

Hello Microsoft Support,
I have completed my Microsoft certification, but the certificate number provided contains alphabets and numbers. I need to enter my certification details in a company application portal where the certificate number field accepts only numeric values.
Could you please guide me where I can find a numeric-only ID for my certification verification?
