    Can you tell me where and how do you normally sign in to play the game and what exact error is showing up when you try to put your Microsoft account?

    Also, can you clear this one up, the game is supposedly on Xbox/Microsoft account not the Playstation. It would be better to provide a screenshot on what do you see on your device when you login with your account. (please cover your account details) just provide the error.
