I have the same problem. The computer is an ASUS PN50 mini PC and it won't wake up after sleeping after this update is installed. I tried various steps to troubleshoot and the only fix is to uninstall this update and pause Windows updates. Please escalate and fix this issue.
Update KB5094126 breaks sleep mode
I just find this incredible the latest update once again breaks sleep mode. This has not been a good year for PV/QA at msft. In January an update did the same thing. I believe that was KB5074109. It was then fixed a month later. Then in March an update broke the fix and later that was corrected. Now we are here in June and Voila the sleep mode is broken again. For the love of God can someone log this and roll the fix into your regression tests. You cant tell me that this is a new problem. It's clear that the patch to fix the sleep mode issue is not being rolled up into the main code branch. Please get this addressed. :(

I understand how frustrating it can be after installing update KB5094126 on Windows 11, your system’s sleep mode is no longer functioning correctly, and similar issues have occurred with previous updates.
Before proceeding, I’d like to clarify a couple of points:
- Does the device fail to enter sleep, or does it immediately wake up after sleeping?
- Have any recent driver or BIOS/firmware updates been installed along with or after this Windows update?
In the meantime, you can try these workaround steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Option 1: Check current power configuration
- Open Command Prompt as administrator
- Run:
powercfg /ato confirm available sleep states
Option 2: Identify wake sources
- Open Command Prompt (admin) from the Start menu
- Run:
powercfg /lastwake - Run:
powercfg /waketimers
Option 3: Update or roll back display and chipset drivers
- Open Device Manager from the Start menu
- Expand Display adapters and System devices
- Update drivers, or if recently updated, use Properties > Driver > Roll Back
I hope the steps above help you deal with your issue.
