Mute All Class Team Members

Hello,

In most Class Teams, I have the option to 'mute all' members with the global checkbox.

However, in a Team that has a large number of participants, this checkbox has disappeared. The member list doesn't show all members, and searching and checking mute individually doesn't keep the student muted.

Thanks,

The global Mute all members checkbox in a class team is only available when the class has 500 or fewer members. In class teams with more than 500 members, the mute‑students setting is not available, which is why the checkbox disappears in the large team and individual mute selections do not persist as expected.

For large classes, muting must be managed during meetings instead, using Show participantsMute all or by muting individual attendees and controlling whether attendees can unmute themselves.
