    Hi, good day!

    • Do you use a child account?
    • Have you tried the AI suggested solutions?

Here are some of the things you can try.

    • If you have a third-party VPN or Antivirus installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.
    • Please try changing your Region to United States if it helps.
    • Please try signing out your Microsoft Account from the Microsoft Store then sign-in again
    • Check the Microsoft Store Install Service

Press the Windows Key + S and type in services.msc.

Find the Microsoft Store Install Service and double click, If the status is Running, right click it then select Restart

If disabled, change it to Automatic, click Start and click OK.

    • Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

    After that, restart your computer

    • Reset the Microsoft Store app

Press Start then search Microsoft Store

Right click it then select App settings

Click Terminate > Repair > Reset

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below instead of Yes or No button.

Follow these steps in order on the Windows 11 PC where Minecraft is failing to install:

    1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache
      1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
      2. Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
      3. A blank Command Prompt window opens; after about 10 seconds it closes and Microsoft Store opens automatically.
      4. Try installing Minecraft again from Microsoft Store.
    2. Check common reasons why the app cannot be installed If it still will not install, check the following conditions:
      1. Country/region availability – The app might not be available in the current country or region. If the account region changed after purchase, the app can disappear or fail to install.
      2. Family settings – If using a child account or Family Safety, a family organizer may have blocked apps or games by age rating, which can prevent Minecraft from appearing or installing.
      3. App removed or moved – If the app was removed from Microsoft Store or is only available from another source, the Store entry may not work.
      4. Device compatibility – Microsoft Store hides or blocks the purchase/install button when the device is not compatible. If Minecraft is visible on another device but not this one, the device may not meet the requirements.
      5. Pending restart after Windows Update – If Windows updates were recently installed, restart the PC once and then try the install again.
      6. PC not authorized for Store apps – Ensure the same Microsoft account used to buy Minecraft is signed in on the PC and that the device is added to that account. See Add a device to your Microsoft account / Manage your devices for Microsoft Store in the referenced articles.

If the problem persists after these steps, verify that the correct Microsoft account (the one used to purchase Minecraft) is signed in to Microsoft Store and that the PC appears under that account’s devices, then retry the installation.
