    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks

Follow these steps in Windows 11 to make Bluetooth devices show up and connect:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
      • On the taskbar, select the Network / Sound / Battery icon to open Quick settings.
      • Check that Bluetooth is present and turned On. If it is Off, select it to turn it On.
      • Or go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned On.
    2. Check the Bluetooth device itself
      • Turn the device On and make sure it has enough battery or is charged.
      • Keep it close to the PC (same room, a few feet away).
      • Put it into pairing mode (often by holding a button until a light flashes – see the device manual).
    3. Change discovery setting to show more devices
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, change from Default to Advanced so Windows shows all types of Bluetooth devices.
      • Wait a few seconds and check if the device appears.
    4. Turn Bluetooth off and on again
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth Off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it On again.
      • Try Add device and select Bluetooth, then choose the device when it appears.
    5. Restart the PC
      • Select Start > Power > Restart and try pairing again after restart.

If the device still does not appear after these steps, run the Bluetooth troubleshooter from the Get Help app as described in the Bluetooth troubleshooting article.
