MSFS2024 Career Mode – Aircraft Market Backend Returning Empty Inventory (Steam Install)

Platform: Steam Account: EldestSnail135 Region: Western Canada UI Variant: New MSFS2024 UI (no Data tab, no Online toggle, no Hangar, no Content Manager)

Symptoms:

Used Aircraft → Configure Aircraft fallback

PAX → Configure Aircraft fallback

New companies also fail with the same fallback

No aircraft inventory, no slots, no delivery times

Spinning circle appears briefly, then disappears

Backend is reachable but returns zero aircraft

Confirmed:

Steam authentication is working

Weather, traffic, multiplayer all function normally

Career folder rebuilt and backend data downloaded

No missing packages

No local corruption

No offline mode

No way to manually force online reset due to UI variant

This behavior matches a dead or misassigned backend shard returning an empty aircraft list.

Request: Please perform a backend shard reset or reassignment for my account/region so that the Career Mode aircraft market can populate correctly.
