To help narrow down the issue:
- Was the Logitech camera working before, or is this the first time you connected it to this laptop?
- Press Windows key + X > Device Manager > Cameras or Imaging devices. Do you see the Logitech camera there? Any warning icon?
- Also try opening the Camera app. Does the camera work there or show an error?
In the meantime, if you haven’t already already:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera and make sure camera access is turned On.
- Try unplugging the camera, restarting the laptop, then reconnecting it to another USB port.
