I have come to renew my certification which expires tonight at mid night, I was meant to do it yesterday but the joys of have a baby meant I didn't get the chance, however when trying to do so it says I have to wait 6.5 hours which will take me past the deadline, looking at the previous attempts history it states I failed two attempts yesterday and one attempt today all with a score of 0, but I most certainly did not attempt to take the exam three times since yesterday!!

I know it's my fault for leaving it so late, but some sort of a glitch is causing me to not be able to renew it now even though I should be able to - can anyone help with this?

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date to allow for technical issues and personal challenges. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. There are no exceptions.

My certification expired. What happens now? If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).
