Query related to my ai 900 certificate course

Results and certificates can take 24–48 hours to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile. Since the AI-900 exam was taken in March 2026 and is still not visible, follow these steps that apply to missing certifications:

1. Review the credential requirements
   • Confirm that the correct exam for the desired certification was passed by checking the AI-900 certification and exam details pages listed under the general certifications browse page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/browse/.
2. Confirm the correct Microsoft Learn login account
   • Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile and verify that the correct account is being used.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts (personal, work, or school) exist, sign out and try each account that might have been used to register for the exam.
   • Use the “Contact Email” shown in the Learn profile and compare it with the email address that received the exam “congratulations” message. If the link in that email opens a profile without the certification, it may have been earned under a different profile.
3. Check the Certifications tab
   • Go to the Credentials section of the Microsoft Learn profile and check the Certifications tab for the AI-900 certification.
4. If the certification is still missing
   • Follow the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article and, if needed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional assistance.

Note: Exams taken through Certiport do not currently sync to the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed and shared separately via the Certiport account. If AI-900 was taken via Certiport, manage that credential directly in Certiport and contact Certiport Customer Service for account issues.
