403 error in Deployment for Azure Foundary Deployment

I am receiving the following error when attempting to call my Azure OpenAI deployment:

403 Forbidden

    Hi Kanishak Mittal,

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft QnA

    Azure OpenAI account gets blocked due to below reason.

    1. Anomalous usage with respect to support plan (Product group suggests upgrading to EA subscription sometimes)
    2. Recurring violation of content filtering policies (Filter out malicious or abusive prompt with content safety)

    Resources get unblocked from product group post review based on situation.
