Azure subscription disabled due to potential "Fraud"

Hello,

We are building an application which requires OCR on thousands of documents which we were using Azure Docuent Intelligence for. My subscription was disabled during the process due to "fraud". There is no fraud whatsoever happening. I imagine it is because we are using the clients credit card to purchase the Azure credits which we have full permission to do from the client and I can provide the signed contract and their contact information.

Can someone help me with this please?
