I understand how frustrating this is, especially after trying so many fixes already and still getting blocked from installing the game.
Please give these steps a try:
- Re-link your accounts
- Go to Ubisoft account settings in a browser
- Unlink your Xbox account → link it again
- This refreshes Game Pass access to Ubisoft titles
- Check account consistency
- Make sure the same Microsoft account is signed into:
- Xbox app
- Microsoft Store
- Confirm your Game Pass is active
- Make sure the same Microsoft account is signed into:
- Open Ubisoft Connect directly
- Check if the game shows in your Ubisoft library
- If it does → install from there instead
- Check service status
- If Xbox or Ubisoft services are having issues, installs can fail entirely
If the issue happens across devices, it’s almost always a linking/account problem or backend service issue, not something local.
