Trade in my broken Surface 6

I am finding it incredibly difficult to get any help for my broken Surface 6. I just want to actually chat with a customer support person. My Surface will not start up, just need to possibly trade it in.

Is there a phone number or email account I can send my request to? AI is too stupid to understand and puts me into loops.

    Hello, Unaiza Hillard.

Sign in to your Microsoft account on the page https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com In the search bar, enter (without quotation marks) "agent support" and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Surface" and "Surface Laptop" from the drop-down lists, then click on "Confirm". Next, select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page, enter (if prompted) your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond and describe the problem.
