I think this is a server side issue from Azure AI Foundry Models and the best next step is to keep that ID and open an Azure support request if the issue continues.
You can check Microsoft Foundry status dashboard ro see Foundry service health, incidents and maintenance information although it is still in preview and may not reflect every issue.
But before try a smaller or simpler payload to confirm whether a specific input is triggering the failure and test the same model from the Azure AI Foundry playground if possible.
