We are receiving reports that https://helpdesk.me which is Logmein Resolve is an Unsafe Site as of 5/8/2026 in Microsoft Edge
On some machines we can click more information > continue to this site
and then on other machines the organization has blocked access and users cannot continue to the site in order for our agents to remote in for assistance.

These "other" machines, are they organization-assigned and managed devices? If so, are these devices Azure AD joined or local server AD joined, or are they the user's personal devices?
I believe that they are Azure AD joined, but the main concern being reported is that https://helpdesk.me is being flagged as a dangerous and unsafe site via Microsoft SmartScreen Security in Microsoft Edge, when its use case has a legitimate purpose since it is the specific web url users would use in order to receive remote assistance from our support team.
If these are Azure AD joined, the admin user of the tenant needs to whitelist this via web content filtering via Microsoft Defender portal. A lot of IT tech support scammers are using this tool as well, so I don't think Microsoft will whitelist this website as a whole for all users.
