i recently just installed minecraft bedrock editon, and signed in with an account that is subscribed to gamepass ultimate, but when i opened minecraft, with that account signed in on the microsoft store, xbox store, and the minecraft launcher, it put me in demo mode. then i went through and tried removing old tokens and signing back into minecraft so it could maybe fix something, but it still didnt work. then i uninstalled and reinstalled the gaming services, that didnt work, then i reset my microsoft store, didnt work, then i cleared the cash of minecraft, the xbox app, the launcher, everything, restarted my laptop didnt work, then i reset all stored permissions on my laptop, didnt work. then signed out of the account on everything, restarted my laptop again, still didnt work. after that i uninstalled the gaming services again, restarted, installed, restarted, still didnt work. and i just recently uninstalled minecraft, then reinstalled. and its still not working. throughout all of this, everything recognized that i had a gamepass subscription, the subscription was still active, microsoft store said i owned it, the launcher recognized that minecraft was included with gamepass, the xbox app showed i have gamepass, but nothing lets me play.

    Hello James Levesque,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we proceed, may I know how you clear the token? Did you remove it completely from Credentials Manager or just remove them from the Accounts Settings? If you haven't done the removal in Credentials Manager yet, please try and follow the steps below:

    • Type Credentials Manager in the search bar and press Enter.
    • Select Windows Credentials.
    • Remove all entries:
      1. Contains "Xbl"
      2. Contains "Mojang"
      3. Related to your account, the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store.
    • Restart your computer.

Additionally, you can also try to resync the clock to rebuild validation.

    • Go to Settings > Time & language > Date and time.
    • Make sure "Set time automatically" and "Set time zone automatically" is Enabled.
    • Select "Sync now" to synchronize the clock.
    • Try to log in again.
