Startup Credit date extension, my startup is doing good need few months of time extension please

Dear Support,

My products (https://kaizen-apps.com) are doing good infact I got around 30 paid users last three month. Numbers may sound less but in next three months I am hoping to get 10 paid users each day. This being a B2C, fully bootstrapped by myself it takes a bit of time and support of Microsoft credits go a long way in helping me on this. My credits are going to expire very soon June 26, and being self funded it will be difficult for me to sustain. My dreams will get shattered, I have come a long way in last two years if you can help me in extending my credits expiry date I will be able to make my startup a success and will be your user always as will never forget the role you guys are playing in my success. So I request if you can extend the expiry date by one year, I will be highly grateful to you. Thanks and Regards Sujit

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your journey — it’s great to see the progress you’ve made with your startup and the traction you’ve built so far.

I completely understand how important Azure credits are for sustaining and scaling a self-funded product, especially in the early growth phase.

That said, I would like to clarify that Azure credits provided through Microsoft programs (including Startups and Sponsorship offers) come with a predefined validity period

Azure credits cannot be extended once issued (no exception or manual override)

Expiry timelines are fixed by the program (Startups / Sponsorship / Grants)

Azure startup (Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub / Sponsorship) credits usually have a fixed validity period.

Extensions are not guaranteed, but i request you to raise a support request so that they team can work on it.

Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub

Go to your Founders Hub dashboard

Use Support / Help → Raise a request

Azure Sponsorship / Free Credits

Use Azure portal:

Help + Support → New Support Request

Issue type: Billing / Subscription

Mention “credit extension request”

Under which category should I had already raised a support request yesterday under Activating Azure (Activating Azure - TrackingID#2605060010000530) , should I raise again?
