Could you please confirm if your Microsoft Teams interface looks similar to the screenshot below?
If that is the case, it indicates that you are currently using a personal (free) Microsoft Teams account. With this type of account, certain business features such as Shifts are not available, which is why you are not seeing it in your menu and also why the three‑dot (“View more apps”) option may not appear.
To access the Shifts app, a Microsoft 365 business subscription is required, where apps like Shifts are included and managed as part of the organization’s environment.

If you would like to use Shifts, you would need to sign in with a work or school account, or subscribe to a suitable Microsoft 365 business plan
