I created other 2 account and they had the same issue. Answering some pre-questions:
I chated only personal accounts.

I tryied to use teams in web and the app.

I deleted all contents inside the Teams folder %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams

Something I would like to add: other users can NOT see my account. When they search my name or e-mail I do not show in the list.

I would like sugestion in how i should proceed.

Thank you!

The fix for the "Unknown user" issue takes more time than expected.

    Hello Gislane Nascimento,

This behavior is related to Teams identity provisioning for newly created personal accounts. When an account is very new, it can temporarily appear as “Unknown User (****@invalid.teams.ms)”**, and other users may not be able to find it yet.

This usually resolves automatically within 24–72 hours while Microsoft’s backend finishes syncing the account profile.

If the issue is still present after 48 hours, please try a clean reinstall of Teams:

    • Sign out of Teams
    • Uninstall Teams
    • Delete Teams cache folders (New or Classic, depending on your version)
    • Restart your computer
    • Reinstall Teams and sign back in
    • Open your profile and make sure your display name and profile photo are set

If the account is not new or the issue continues beyond 72 hours, there is very little that can be done on the client side. At that point, the issue likely requires a backend review by Microsoft support, as it involves identity provisioning on the server.

I recommend reaching out to Teams live support directly so they can look into the identity provisioning and profile mapping on the server side for your accounts:

Go to OneCustomer | Chat Support, fill in your details and describe your issue, and select submit

A support agent will be able to verify whether your Teams chat identity provisioning is fully completed or stuck and take corrective action from the backend if needed.

I hope this helps clarify what might have transpired — please let me know when the accounts were created and how it goes after the waiting period. I'm happy to assist further!

    Best regards
