I currently have an email that I use for Microsoft authenticator but I have another email through work that I need to use. I can’t figure out how to add that account in addition to the one that I already have.

    Hello !

If you want to add an account in Microsoft Authenticator, you need to click on the little "+" at the top of your phone screen. Select "Work or school account" and log into your account.
    Once done, follow the steps.

To sign in with a different email account in Microsoft services, you typically need to follow these steps:

    1. Sign Out: First, sign out of your current account. This can usually be done by clicking on your profile icon and selecting the sign-out option.
    2. Sign In with Different Account: Go to the sign-in page and enter the email address of the work account you want to use. If you're using Microsoft Authenticator, ensure that you have the correct account set up in the app.
    3. Account Management: If you need to manage multiple accounts, you may need to add the new account in the Microsoft Authenticator app. You can do this by selecting the option to add an account and following the prompts to set it up.
    4. Contact Support: If you encounter issues or if your organization requires specific configurations for signing in, consider reaching out to your IT support or Microsoft representative for assistance.

If your work account is associated with a different Microsoft service, ensure that it is properly set up to allow access to the services you need.
