Hi Abdul, thanks for posting. Unfortunately, once a Microsoft account is linked to a PSN account, it stays permanently tied even after unlinking. This is a known limitation.
The first workaround is to create a new PSN account, which allows you to link a different Microsoft account without issues. Second, some users have had success using Minecraft Legends to reset the link installing it, signing in with a new account, then reinstalling Minecraft. Lastly, if the original Microsoft account is inaccessible, your best option is to contact Minecraft Support or PlayStation Support.
