I was unable to resolve this issue. I ended up wiping the drive and reinstall everything from scratch. Annoying...

My computer was restarted one day and left on the login screen. I come back, maybe a day or two later, and find out the screen was in the repair mode. I had the option to restart or go into the advance options.
After restarting, I get the message "Stop code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (0x1A)" and "What failed: win32k.sys" and am brought back to the repair mode screen.
I go into the advance options and am given several options. Startup Repair was unable to resolve the issue. Reset PC failed. None of the Startup Settings succeeded. Command prompt did not resolve anything (sfc /scannow said things were fixed but after rebooting the problem persist). Uninstall Updates do not work. Apparently, I have no System Restore points.
Another code I got was "Stop code: 0xc000021a (0xC000021A)."
I tested RAM (mdsched) and there were no issues.
Please help...

2025-09-16T14:50:13.09+00:00 There was no clear solution for me on this. I tried all the suggestions I could find, and nothing worked. I eventually just had to wipe the drive and do a fresh install. Perhaps a specialized tech can root into the drive and repair or rewrite what's needed to get the drive to boot, but it was easier to just wipe and redo. Thankfully, I didn't have anything important on the boot drive.

2025-09-11T09:42:52.5933333+00:00 If all avaialble options in the Recovery Environment are failing to resolve the problem, then you will need to create a bootable Windows 11 USB on an empty 8GB USB flash drive on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 11, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there
In the Recovery Environment on the USB, try each avaialble option.
Click this link: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
to download the Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB.
Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)
