Managing permissions and login credentials to access Microsoft Advertising accounts
My account has been suspended and I don't know why

I created an account a few days ago and connected my new website to it. We sell cosmetics. I connected my Google merchant center account and waited for the content to be uploaded on Microsoft. Today I noticed that my accout has been suspended becaus it is in violation of the Microsoft Advertising Egregious Policy. I appealed and they closed the case an decided to upheld the suspension. The thing is that I don't know what we did wrong, I don't have a clue what the decision is based on. What can I do now?
