will i ever got my refund from microsoft

i bought a surface laptop from microsoft and returned it with package unopend on 30/05/25

i returned with their shipping label using ups on 06/06/25

ive been chasing them through phone and chat online for the refund

all i got was the situation has been escalated and they will look further into the matter

today i rcvd an email telling me the case is closed and no refund will be issued

i think microsoft screwed me over this time
