I cannot access the internet with my Surface Duo

I recently purchased a Surface Duo phone. I have Total by Verizon cell service and they sent me a brand new sim card for it. I can access the internet if I am on wifi, but I cannot access it using my cell service. I can't seem to fix this problem. Any clues?

    For this provider did you have to insert the APN setting manually?
