I have a Samsung external SSD, which works just great with both my PC and other Android phones, but won't work with my Surface Duo. Any tips or solutions?

A USB-C accessory that indicates to Surface Duo that it needs more then 600mA of power or draws more than 600mA of power will not be enumerated by Surface Duo. Additionally, if you are using a USB-C hub that meets these power requirements, the hub will be disconnected if a device attached draws more than the maximum power declared by the hub.
