I have a Surface Duo that won't connect to Bluetooth Phone in the Car but ...

The music will play from the phone thru the cars' system. I've tried deleting and reinstalling both on the car and the phone. Am I missing a setting?

    Please give these troubleshooting steps a try to isolate the issue:

    • Turn off and on Bluetooth on Settings.
    • Check for Updates. On Surface Duo, tap Settings, tap System, tap System Update, and then tap Check for update.
    • Restart Surface Duo. On Surface Duo, press and hold the power button until the Restart option is available and then tap Restart.
    • Reset Network settings. On Surface Duo, tap Settings, tap System, tap Reset Options, and then tap **Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.**Tap Reset settings to confirm that you want to reset the network settings.

    Hello,

    I would like to confirm that the problem is that your music will play via Bluetooth from Duo to Car Stereo however you cannot make or receive call audio via Bluetooth?
