(The tag works properly into google tag manager)
I see on developer console that some connection to bat.bing.com are cancelled
If i check details inside one connection cancelled i see my tag, and so now i understand why i cannot see my conversions goal.
Is therE some issue server side or i did some mistake on setup my goal conversion?

Hi MatteoBo,
Thanks for the response. If you kindly provide the requested details via a private message, we could check the conversion details on your Microsoft Advertising Account. I'm afraid we can't help with any third party platforms, but we will more than happy to look into your concerns regarding bat.bing and any conversion data on your Microsoft Ads account.
The only other help resources I can provide for now are the following:
Universal Event Tracking (UET) using an IMG tag
Use Microsoft UET tag with Content Security Policy
Overriding UET tag tracking code
Feel free to reach out in case there is anything else you'd like to discuss. We will be happy to help when possible.
Kind regards,

Hello MatteoBo,
Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Community Forum!
I understand that your conversions are not appearing to you as expected. I hope the information shared here will point you in the right direction.
There could be several reasons why conversions may not match. Keep in mind that Microsoft Advertising doesn't expose conversion data to any third-party platform, and each system uses its own logic and goal setup to track conversions. Microsoft Advertising reports conversions on the date of the ad click, whereas some other reporting tools attribute them to the date of the conversion. As such, some level of discrepancies are expected.
Why Microsoft Advertising may not be counting conversions
Here are some points to consider:
Why Microsoft Advertising may be over-counting
Why Microsoft Advertising may be under-counting
